Good News! We can easily integrate your scale into AxChange depending on what type of scale you have. In most cases, any scale with an Arlyn UpScale touchscreen indicator can be integrated into AxChange right in the field without the need for bringing it back to our factory - as long as it able to connect to the internet through Wi-Fi. It may just need a software upgrade, and a few parametric settings to get it all started. If you have a scale with an MKE-5 Digital Indicator or some other Arlyn branded amplifier, that may need some additional work to be done at the factory before you can get started with AxChange.
Yes and No. AxChange requires a controller (an Arlyn Brand digital indicator) to communicate with AxChange. If your scale is only a platform with load cells, we can connect our display indicator to your platform and integrate into AxChange. If can only live with the 3rd-party display and cannot work with our display controllers, then integration with AxChange is not possible as of now.
